Welcome to my website, where I offer personalized classes in Hatha and Power Yoga styles that integrate movement, breathwork, meditation, and philosophy.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a more dynamic and challenging practice that combines traditional postures with elements of strength training and cardio. It is a fast-paced practice that focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility while also promoting mindfulness and breath control. The benefits include improved cardiovascular health, increased metabolism, enhanced muscle tone and definition, and reduced stress and tension.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a traditional form that focuses on physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to achieve balance and harmony between the mind and body. It is a slower-paced practice that emphasizes proper alignment and encourages relaxation, making it suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. My lessons

I offer classes in both Hatha and Power Yoga styles to cater to individual needs and preferences. Whether you want to improve your flexibility, strength, or overall health and well-being, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and transform your life through yoga.
Group lessons
Price of lesson is 25 CHF (90 minutes)

The lessons are based on the tradition of Hatha yoga (breathing exercises, gentle stretching, sun salutation, asanas and final relaxation) which are blended with elements of Tantra yoga, Shiatsu and the work of healer Boris Tichanovsky.
The studio is fully equipped with yoga equipment (mats, pads, blankets, belts), there are separate dressing rooms and toilets. After an hour, there is the possibility of sharing tea.

Individual lessons
In addition to group classes, I offer private sessions and workshops to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga. My studio is equipped with all necessary props and amenities, and I also offer online classes for those who prefer to practice from home.
